Three Shires have three trainers who have been fully trained to deliver the MiDAS  PATS training to all Passenger Assistants. This training ensures that the operator (company) fulfills its duty of care under the Health and Safety at Work Act and also gives peace of mind in so much as you know your Passenger Assistants are following a set code of practice.

The course covers assisting passengers with physical, emotional and learning difficulties and ensures that Passenger Assistants are using equipment such are wheelchair tie downs and passenger lifts and ramps safely.

The course has several modules which you can choose from to suit your organisations requirements and to establish what you need we offer a free one hour consultation.

Training is designed for three or more delegates and is ongoing, you can add modules as and when they are required. We also recommend that refresher training is undertaken on a three or four yearly basis to ensure your Passenger Assistants are fully up to date with current and best practice.

So if you have minibuses or taxis and provide any form of Passenger Assistance we can provide your training.
