The way Passenger Assistants are trained is changing in November 2025

From November 2025 you can access the online training modules via your training provider. There are a series of engaging e-learning modules which cover the role of the PA and Passenger Centered Journeys, this includes a multiple choice theory assessment with an 80% pass rate. The online theory training is about 120 minutes and can be revisted and is not necessary to complete in one go! Please check the link below for the full course details.
