Passenger Assistant Training   

The way Passenger Assistants are trained has changed,

The new Passenger Assistant training course has an online theory element and a face to face workshop and practical skills element.

We are pleased to be able to provide the booking service for your Passenger Assistants, you will need to register with MiDAS if you are not already registered and we will book the online theory training for you. Once the online theory is completed we can book the Passenger Assistant Workshop and Accessible Practical Skills Training Sessions and Assessments*.

Wheelchair Competency Training 

We provide a bespoke wheelchair training session that covers safe use of the lift or ramp, how to board and secure a wheelchair user and how to remove the equipment and safely store them. The session is about an hour and is provided at your place of work with your vehicle*, if successful we issue a certificate. We can supply a wheelchair if required. This course certificate is accepted by Cambs County Council as Wheelchair Competency Training. 

*We do not provide accessible vehicles for the assessments.
