Passenger Assistant Training   

The way Passenger Assistants are trained has changed,

The new Passenger Assistant training course is now available, the course has an online theory element and a face to face workshop and practical skills element.

We are pleased to be able to provide the booking service for your Passenger Assistants, you will need to register with MiDAS if you are not already registered and we will book the online theory training for you. Once the online theory is completed we can book the Passenegr Assistant Workshop and Accessible Practical Skills Training Sessions and Assessments*.

We can still deliver the old style training up to the end of January 2026 if preferred but we would highly recommend the new course.

*We do not provide accessible vehicles for the Practical Skills Training and assessments.
