Post lock-down up we have to add some new Terms and Conditions to help us keep both you and us safe when we get back to providing training. Please read them and also our existing Terms and Conditions carefully as we will need to adhere strictly to these to protect us all, they can be found HERE   

We will have to keep our vehicles clean and ready for use and to give you an idea of what’s involved we have copied the list of what requires cleaning to give you a heads up of what we have to do between training sessions and for every time we change drivers : –

Vehicle Sanitisation List

Door Handles in and out
Door Pull
Door Controls
Seat belt and tongue and buckle fastening
Steering wheel including centre
Steering wheel controls
Keys
Wiper Switches
Indicator Switches
Cruise Control Switch if on Individual Stalk
Auxiliary Switches 
Heating Controls and Vents
Dashboard
Gear Lever/Selector
Centre Console
Interior Mirror and/or Control Switch
Sun visor
Seat and or seat covers or replace plastic/reusable covers
Bonnet and catch and stay if it has been opened

Any other adaptions being used as part of their training

Minibus – all other items driver may have touched inc fire ext, first aid kit etc.

B E Training – all parts of trailer and rear of vehicle touched during training

Passenger Side

Seat and or seat covers or replace plastic/reusable covers

Where the driver is changing over seats e.g. for a second driver on minibus courses the ‘Drivers Side’ list MUST be completed by the driver not the trainer.

The Trainer should sanitise the vehicle when changing over learner drivers, B E and D1.

ALL VEHICLES OTHER THAN THE TRAINERS OWN VEHICLE, SANITISATION MUST BE DONE BY THE DRIVER OR THE ORGANISATIONS’ DESIGNATED PERSON.
